My names kenji and I have a 157L tank (dont know in gallons) now I'm in the middle of decision if i would go for 120x60x60 overflow tank or should i just overflow my current tank
Also the problem on almost everything on going overflow system tank "sumps size water level/return so on etc"

Was thinking if i move to a bigger tank if its practical to use my current tank as a sump or should I buy a much more smaller tank for a sump which all my equiptments will be in
The usual equiptments

Experience level from start would be around 6-8 months i guess started at a 60L tank which eventually felt small for me

Now again in the phase of getting small feelings about my current tank

Which would be better since my target tank would be a mix tank reef/fish

Thanks in advance heres some pics of the inhabitants

Lists

2 clowns

If my math is correct thats about a 40 gal tank. Bigger is almost always better in sumps. Ive herd of people using larger tanks for sump/fuge so if its able to fit id use it.

I
have a 300 gallon reef and a 200 gallon sump. The more water that you can turn over from your tank to your sump the better in my opinion
