Do know if I hve provided enough info but looking to do basic plumbing and drain will go in my filter sock .
Based on pics can someone help me to figure the exact stuff I require to start off with .
2 drain and 1 return from my sump

First I would figure out what style drain you want to go with. Search around for the herbie set up, stockman drains and dursos. Read a bit about the and decide what you want. This will help narrow down what you will need. The obvious things you're going to need are bulkheads to fit the holes in the box.

As far as sch80 and sch40 the difference is the pressure rating on the pipe. Sch40 is plenty for our application. Many will use the sch80 simply because the grey color looks nicer than the white. Slip fittings require PVC primer and glue for the connection an threaded requires threaded fittings. When using threaded fittings make sure to wrap the threads with some Teflon tape to avoid leaks at the threads. Hope some of this info helps. Oh and I almost forgot. Be sure to use unions in your plumbing so things can easily be taken apart for pump cleanings or
If you ever need to switch pumps.

Don't forget the beananimal overflow I use it on my tank and it's great. AS mentioned sch 40 is perfect for our needs, the sch-80 is the dark gray and pressure rated but you loose a lot in flow because of the smaller inside dia of the pipe and it cost $$$$$$$$$ and use true union ball valves, easier to turn and if you need something for fined adjustment a gate valve will work here. From the pix of the overflow box the outside two are larger than the middle one, so you might be stuck with the modified Herbie
