Newbie question about life bio fil

I’m getting ready to start up a tank with the aquaforest products question I have that i’m hoping the group can answer does the Life Bio Fil act in the same way as siproax(spelling)? Trying to get the items I’m going need straight. It looks like it may from the description but with the bacteria already in the material. Thank you for your help.

Actually life Bio fil is better. Why do I say that?? It comes pre seeded with bacteria already to go immediately. [emoji4]
