Newbie question

Concerning zoas, how big do the polyps get? Is there something that is considered an average size?

I'm slowly getting into zoa's and would appreciate any info.

for me they can range from very tiny (1/8 inch) up to maybe 3/4 of an inch. Palythoas get a bit bigger, I have grandis up to 1.5 inches

zoas are like wine. you can't judge them by gulping them down. you've got to sip them in, note the individuality of them. they may not be big like an open brain, or a huge acro or something, but you get a bunch of the little dudes goin, mixin and matchin with others. it's cool

It all depends on the tank i think. Cuz in my tank they are big. But i have some i give to friends and they are little in their tanks.
