Hello!

I am totally new to reef aquariums. I bought old tank, was working on it now 2 months, buying equipment, reading etc.
Now I put into it live rock, filled it with water, soon I will get Dr Tims One and only and then I am ready to start cycling.
Overflow and sump are still dry and I would like to ask you if you would change something here?

It is better that skimmer is on floor or hanged - hanged is higher, there will be more water in sump in that case - is that important?
In sump will be pump, skimmer, ATO, heater and later macro algae reactor + active carbon , and more later dosing pump for KH, Calcium and Mg - Is anything missing?
I do not know how to make some filter for bigger parts, like filter socks - If it is needed?
how do I run aquarium, still filling water untill water level is correct in sump for skimmer?
I have 2 tunze 6045 and stream 3 - I have no idea where to put them
What do you think about aquascape? Before I will totally fill it with water I will add sand...
Before I start cycling I still have time to change something :)
Please give me some advice.
display tank is 3.28 feet long, 1.97 high and 1.97 wide

thanks for help!

Quite overwhelmed by all the questions, but I'll try and answer a few.
Firstly you don't need to worry about macroalgae, reactors, or dosing at the moment. Get the basics up and running and get used to doing your maintenance.
Adding corals comes later once you have a handle on all the water chemistry.
Looking at your sump it doesn't lend itself to putting in filter socks easily, but you could probably lash one up feeding straight from the drain.
Looks like it's just a two chamber sump plus ATO res to the left? If I'm seeing that correctly, what kind of ATO do you have?
In terms of flow you could maybe get a controller for your Tunze's, set two of them up opposing each other and alternate their flow patterns to create a gyre flow with turbulence.
