Newbie ungly stage or something else?

I have been trying to figure this out for the past week or so and in that time it has got me stumped and flustered. What is this. Is it normal. If not best way to resolve.
29g no sump hob filter with floss only. Powerhead as well. 165w cbb 20% blue 8 hrs 10% whites 4 hrs. Last 10% wc @ 4 g done wednesday. Parameters from just now. Tank is almost 90 days old.
Sal 1.026
Temp 78
Nitrates 10
Phos 0 api test for all.
Bioload 2 ocelaris clowns and a damsel. 8 hermits blue/red. Misc corals. Zoas, Duncan, favias.
I was going to get some snails and maybe an urchin tomorrow. Also have a feeling it's over feeding related so cut back to once a day fish only but pellets. Will be switching to frozen tomorrow as well. Any help would be much appreciated. Possibly adding chemipure blue or addtl bacteria? Not sure what I'm even dealing with, gha, bryopsis, Dino. Just hoping for some help.

How long has the tank been up and running? And, how long has it cycled for? These are important factors in giving you the best answers. would without a doubt be adding to your CUC with snails and a tuxedo.

Up and running since 4/1 (90 days) cycle completed 4/27. (60 days) have good pod population and the start of coraline as well.

Will do heading to the lfs tomorrow. I didn't want to overdo it in the cuc and have them starve. They can't seem to keep up with this new wave of funk though so I finally get my urchin [emoji2]

Thanks Chad, any suggestions on what to do instead? No fish and no more hermits so snails are the only other option. Thinking a few trochus and turbos?
