Hi welcome, I'm from Midwest america. What types of coral do you plan on getting? Are you able to buy coral off the coast?

Hi Jordan, still not sure but I think very few fish 1 or 2 and then just like a reef tank setup. I am 7 hours drive from the coast but cab get pretty much everything from the local petshops. What they don't have they get within 7 days or so

Welcome! :)

Be sure to quarantine everything carefully. Even here in the US you can easily end up with a sick fish from the store, and I have no idea how knowledgeable the keepers are where you live. A fish that looks healthy may come down with something after purchase that can infect and kill your entire tank, so it's important even if you have a good store.

Could I recommend moving some rock to create more cave-like areas? Fish really appreciate these, and some corals (such as many chalices) prefer it shaded.

Do you know what the nitrogen cycle means for your aquarium? It's an ESSENTIAL thing to learn.

Hi Eienna
Yes I know I had a few tanks about 20 years ago, this is the second live rocks I put in next week the rest to form caves and hollows

Not really had 6 x 10 000 liter tanks in the 90's then dropped it and now starting with small tank to play catchup for all the new stuff then I'll go big again.ps.... thanks Dave
