I just joined the group and haven't really looked around much to this point but I'm looking forward to increasing my knowledge of saltwater aquariums.

I've had freshwater tanks for several years and have only been working with my marine tank since this past summer. I'm lucky to have a good pet store in my town with knowledgable people that have helped me get off to a good start.

Currently, I have a 37 gallon freshwater tank and a 29 gallon marine tank. I've already learned I wished I had started with a larger marine tank, but will have to wait until later in my future.

Again, I'm glad to be here and anxious to learn more from everyone willing to teach an old US Marine some of your secrets.

welcome! bigger isn't always better... its all on what you like... i loved my 75 gallon, but i enjoyed my 29 gallon more and my 1 gallon is just so simple.
