Newborn after catastrophe...

Hi, my name is Sherri. I'm not a newbie, but it's been awhile since I've been here, sorry... Don't hate me but I'm not so good with the abbreviations yet. My aquarium is 175 gallon, almost 12 years old, everything has been perfect for so long, then we got either ich or velvet and list most of the fish. I'm down to my Sailfin, 3 shrimp (cleaners), 1 anemone. I'm heartbroken. I have an all clear from the guys I hired to diagnose my problem because as I said, luckily, I've not had a major catastrophe like this. I'm finding new creatures I never knew existed since the tank emptied. Brissell Worms? And this little guy, he's only as big as a pinky fingernail, is it a baby anemone? And where did he come from?

thats an orange ball anemone , pretty neat ! ( my gf the Nemstress would love that thing ) it will eat huge chunk meat food !

So sorry to hear about your loss! Sounds like you had a great 12yr run though, not many folks can say that. Now you get to experience all the joy that comes from new discoveries as you rebuild!

It's so tiny, like I said, the size of a pinky fingernail, my camera on my phone makes it look so big...Will the other things like the shrimp or even the snails that are 4 times the size of it, will they try to eat it?

Snails will leave it be, shrimp might damage it by stealing food that the anemone may get lucky enough to catch, hermits might be an issue.
