G'day fellow reefers im new to the saltwater hobby and forums, ive been keeping freshwater planted for about 5 years and sadly had to sell all my tanks and move house last year. its sort of surreal not having a tank in my life atm and miss the good old days of coming home and just rewinding with the tank beer in hand.lol

Im really looking forward to building a large diy Aquarium in the near future and been lucky enough to be granted a permanent fishroom to keep the setup so i never have to move a fishtank again!
been collecting equipment along the way over the years and finally got a decent skimmer and chiller.

looking forward to meeting you all and gaining some knowledge on how to reef, Cheers

Welcome to the community! We're happy to have you.

A whole fishroom! Wooh! Go big or go home, right?

There is a vast sea of information on this site, please take advantage of it!
I'm looking forward to seeing your creations. :)

Welcome to R2R!
I also just started my tank a few months ago and just got wet last week. Just my 2 cents go slow and plan everything out, make sure you take the time and read about the cycling process as this is probably the most critical point of your tank. It could dictate if you have success or failure. The best piece of advise I can give you is read this site! I spend hours a day reading through the forums here and never loose interest. Start a build thread so you can see your tank progress through the days months and hopefully years. There are so many great people here with so much knowledge, if you do the research and ask questions you will definitely be successful! Have fun and good luck I'm sure you'll do great! :)
