I just recently got into saltwater fish, and I dont know much about anything. I have a friend Ivan who sold me his tank and stand with canopy for a reasonable price. I joined here to get advice and help (my friend is also helping me). I want to have a reef tank with bright colors, even though I have a small tank I still want to add some fish. I am open to all advice, all comments and I look forward to meeting people from all over the place and San Diego hopefully:angel:

So far I have made a rookie mistake...I bought some polyps a few days ago, and then I bought a blue spotted puffer fish and he ate most of them, which kind of sucks....Im looking forward to sell that puffer and continue building my reef, maybe ill stick to clown fish and blue tanks who should be reef safe....IS ANY ONE IN THE SD AREA LOOKING TO TRADE FOR A 40 GALLON ACRYLIC, JUST WANT SOMETHING A BIT BIGGER LIKE A 50 GALLON...if not 40 will do
