That eel is a Caribbean blackedge moray, one of my favorites.
Interesting that you show it with a lion - many years ago (never mind just exactly how many), I knew of a tank with a 10" lionfish and a 15" blackedge moray eel, only those two, living together in it. Then, one morning, there was only the lionfish.
One _very_ fat lionfish, who later died of what I believe to have been indigestion.
