NFG = Nitrofurazone, Sulfathiazole Sodium, Methylene blue (primarily antibacterial)
API General Cure = Metronidazole, Praziquantel (parasites and flukes)

I need to shorten a quarantine of some Dispar Anthias due to delayed shipping and an upcoming vacation. Otherwise I wouldn’t mix

Mixing meds is not a good idea. It causes an undetermined stress on the fish's immune system and organs, especially the liver and kidneys. That being said, you can mix a praziquantel product like GC with antibiotics like NFG. Make sure to add O2 in the form of a powerhead aimed up at the surface of the water where it is actively agitating the water surface. Water changes as needed as it may effect your biofilter capability to cycle waste products.

Personally, I do not mix anything with NFG. I use it alone. It's already several medications, I don't know if there would be a negative reaction with MB and praziquantel.
