Having a hard time deciding what my next course of treatment should be.
I have a group of anthias that I thought had a bacterial infection, then I come home yesterday and it was looking more like brook, now theres a red sore on one as well as peeling skin

I have already treated with 14 days of metro, 10 days of kanaplex, 2 rounds of prazi, and 10 days in therapudic copper

I have them in a acriflavin bath atm and then they are being transferred to a new quarantine tank where I was going to start treating with NFG but now I'm wondering if I should do the trifecta since it includes metro in case brook or uronema is still lingering.. Even tho they should have been eliminated by now

That sore still screams Uronema to me unfortunately. Were you feeding the metro and dosing the water column? We’re you dosing the higher dosage of 2 scoops per 10G?

I was trying to feed metro and they ate a little bit but they have never been good eaters for me since I've had them.
Yes I was dosing 2 scoops per 10g

Not peeling skin, it’s mucus. Either way, I agree that looks uronema-ish to me as well. Pseudoanthias are quite susceptible to it. I’ve had quite poor outcomes when my anthias have come in with uronema. Only success I had treating was with CP.

What is the cause of the mucus? Should I try treating with the trifecta then in case it's uronema? I don't have access to cp

Mucus production is just a side effect of disease. It sloughs off the scales/skin. I’m not familiar with trifecta, sorry.

Could uronema be this slow moving? I've had these guys for 2 weeks now I thought uronema would have killed quicker then that

It typically does but if they’ve been in Metro for two weeks you may have been stalling it. I’m not the Uronema expert and I tagged Hotrocks and 4Fordfamily hoping they will chime in.

Uronema is as much of an internal problem as external.

You need to get them eating food soaked meds ASAP.

You can use NFG + Metro in the water.
Should I try to get them eating before dosing anything in the water? Or get NFG and metro in the water asap?

Just finished acriflavin dip and one of them doesn't look like its going to make it (the one that looked the worse) he's laying on his side on the bottom of the tank now

This is exactly what I was going to say

Ok one of the fish didn't make it. 3 of the others just ate metro soaked food. One is not eating. The non eater has white mucus on one side and is pretty lathargic.
Should I still treat with NFG or just do metro alone?

Metro and NFG for 14 more days and keep them eating general cure or metro during that time. Add focus to the food so it binds the meds so the fish consume it before it leeches out.

If I'm doing metro with NFG will I still be able to do water changes every 24 hours like required with NFG or will that remove the metro?

Yes you can do 50% every other day and refuse metro on schedule.
