Took a little trip to a local LFS today. I've known the owner for many years (I hold him responsible for my reefing addiction). I called yesterday to tell him I was coming today and would bring him a frag of my Tyree Lime In The Sky Acro. He promised to bring a little surprise from his home tank. I expected something cool, but was blown away when he handed me a Tierra del Fuego!

I have Tierra del Fuego from Joeknowsreef. it doesn't like pictured. bleached a bit?

I do believe it is bleached a bit. However it has good PE and polyp color. I'm confident it will color up just fine. The LFS owner likely received the original piece from JoeKnowsReefs as well.

Tierra del fuego was originated by what the heck I believe, anyway yours looks right just small at the moment. Nice coral.

Thanks. I believe the mother colony that provided this frag likely came from Joeknowsreefs as he supplies a lot of high end corals to the LFS that gave me the frag and they are in the same town.
