Have a 15 gallon peninsula on my desktop. Six months ago put a piece of Keys live rock in the tank to help it move along. I do this periodically in other tanks and this is the first time the following has happened.;
About three weeks ago I was feeding an anemone with a long pair of forceps and from somewhere in the rock they were almost ripped out of my hand.
About that time lost 2 neon gobies and a little later a tail spot
2 clowns have been fine, and of interest so is a pom pom
A week later I saw some thing darting around the rocks.
Last night I put in this inverted copepod bottle with some bait in it.
20 minutes later this is what I found.
Have another 20 gallon tank that has been suffering neglect, and now it’s about to be turned into a mantis tank. As soon as I re home a goby/pistol pair
feel bad about the lost fish, but at least now I know….
