Nick's 93 Cube

He is running a Ca Reactor, 8 Ati bulbs and light fixture, Elite Aquatics cone protein skimmer, macro algae in the refugium with carbon.

I'll Update with more pics asap,
As far as equipment ...
I'm running a Ca Reactor KorallianC1502 With a Carbon Doser Regulator on my C02 Tank < These are the only way to go if you never want to adjust
I run a 8 bulb ATI light fixture(5 BluePlus 2 PurplePlus 1 AquablueSpecial) Also have a ReefBrite XHO on there , Elite Aquatics Skimmer, I do have a large sump I custom made my self, I run a Mag 18 Return Pump with the Herbie style overflow, and I run two MP40's (Recently Picked up a second) didn't have one when I took those pictures in the first post. I run Carbon off and on but hardly change it maybe once every 3 months... and my Tank maybe gets a Water change of 30 gallons every other month to every 3 months. This tank is just on an auto feeder feeding spectrum 95% of the time... every so often I'll do frozen but really I've got this tank to where I can just enjoy it and watch things grow

So Long Blue Cloves!

Well the blue clove treatment seems to be going good... I Just hope they will shrivel up to nothing! and stay gone I did about 1.3 pills of the aquarium products fluke tab on my 93gallon and I have roughly a 40gal sump on this one

I did Lose one Fire Shrimp from this treatment ... from what I read about possibly losing leathers etc I cut out my leathers and xenia and had a few christmas cloves and moved them to another tank.
No other corals have been affected so far it seems as long as they die and stay gone I'll be one happy person!

This tank is sick! I like your style! keep posting...you dont look like your going to run out of stuff to shoot any time soon.

Goodluck with the FLUKE treatment. Hope it all goes well. Be sure to treat us with lots of photos and a new video too. :D

Well the blue cloves are completely gone, I did a large water change today (60 gallons) to try to level the tank back out, had just a couple corals that didn't handle the fluke treatment to well so trying to level the tank back out... Loss count is Fire Shrimp, a Pink Birdsnest frag, a green Tenius, and a neon green Goniastrea... Tank has a bit more brown algae than normal, Turned the skimmer back on as well as carbon hopefully everything recovers quickly ... I'll take some more pics tomorrow

love the tank man and looks like you won the battle with the cloves ........what red rim chalice was that ?

Got a pm "Hey I was wondering if you could give me some info on your maintenance of you tank please? I would like to know your water change schedule, dosing, and anything else you do. I would like to get my tank to look like yours. I have a 103 gallon cube Thanks" ... figured Id put it up here for everyone to see

I basically try to do a water change of 30 gallons once a month. most the time this is actually every 1-3 months I also try to Dose Fuel or Iodine, about once a week. but I'm not too strict on this either and usually under dose on purpose.
I use Oceanic Salt. and a calcium reactor to keep up with my alk calcium etc.. Id prefer my alk to be around 10, but lately its been near 11.5 or so calcium is usually always up around 490 and mag goes from 1250-1300 usually I've never been too worried about phosphates or nitrates... My tank is fed spectrum 95% of the time sometimes sprinkle micro dry foods in the auto feeder with the spectrum such as golden pearl and larval diet, this is a dry powder. let me know if I missed anything you might still have any questions on as far as equipment or maintenance
