Just set this up on my coral QT, looking for good settings. I think I started at about 40% but wondering if anyone already has good setup?

Couple days and the mushrooms are droopy and the leather polyps are mostly sucked in. Zoas seem kinda meh about it.
I'm new to most of these corals so not sure what it means. I can post a pic later tonight.
