I have all my fish in quarantine they had white dots and I started treating them with super ick cure and didn’t seem to do anything after 3 days so I did a little more research and found out it might not be ick but an infection so I started treatment with triple sulfa and the 2nd day all the white dots were gone and I continued treatment for another couple of days and they’ve been eating right and swimming perfectly fine but the Niger trigger just started rubbing agains the tank floor and against the rock. So can anyone tell me what he might have? Thank you.

Very typical niger behavior. I assume no one else in tank doing that ?

Try PraziPro. Triggers tend to get internal parasites and that's the first sign - rubbing glass, rocks & substrate.

My Niger does that on occasion.
It stressed me out at first, but I’ve come to realize that it’s just something that particular fish (mine) does.

I see this with my niger, picasso, and clown triggers, if they are eating and in a qt just watch them and keep doing what you are doing. It should not be constant and once in your DT your cleaners my help reduce it. I tend to believe if it is occasional, no visible signs of parasite, and the fish are eating, they may just be getting rid of dead scales.
