just wanting sum feed back, have i jumped the gun by getting this guy or M i ok?? i was told i could start adding fish by my local fish store, i do all my water testing and changes and chemicals, then have them double check what ive done, ive been told by them an numerous friends that ive been doing very good for a newbie, this is the fifth sw fish i have gotten for free, well this trigger came with a domino damsel also, but so far i have 2 clowns, 2 purplish blue "depends on how the light hits them" with yellow tails, butterfly reef fish, 3 green chromis, and 3 yellow damsels is that ok for a 95 gal or do i have 2 many???? thx mike

That's a lot of aggressive fish mixed with non aggressive fish. You will probably have issues as they grow.

I would be very surprised if you don't have total anarchy in your tank with all those damsels. I have a 265 gallon tank and 1 damsel kept all my fish cornered in one are while he ruled the rest of the tank...

Several things. You say your tank is new. How new? If my count is right that is thirteen fish for a 95 g tank. That is a pretty heavy Bio load for a new tank. Second you are mixing very agressive fish with non agressive fish. I have a bad feeling that you Bio Load will be going down. The rule of thumb I use is one inch of fish for every ten gallons of water. Over crowding will only increase their aggressiveness. What kind of filtration or sump do you have? Keep a close eye on your water parameters. And watch for any signs of agression to your non agressive fish. Good Luck

tank is new to me, ive only had it since October of last year, an it was running for over 4 years prior to me getting it an all i did was break it down, contained all water, rock, sand, "because it was jus serviced prior to me going an getting it" transfer all the contents with me an set it back up at my place took about 3 hours.... far as the filter it is a fluval G6, sump is 24"long x 14" wide x 16" tall, 3 i guess u call them baffles with a protein skimmer in the middle..... as far as aggression towards the other fish in the tank i haven't seen any yet....

If it works for your tank great. I have a 75 gal with 3 damsels a maroon clownfish along with a molly. No fatalities yet. I do have a niger trigger in a 75 gal by himself just can't find anything that will survive with him. So be careful he can be nasty.
