Trust me she is def. Salty.....i mean salty side lol she hated the tank being in the room hard to enjoy it unless your in the room....I told her i would get the 20g rolling so she had a little moar space....and she said only if it was by the frag tank so here we are....

Well tank is drying from paint ill wait til the morning to bring it in....then grab sand for her tank gonna do dry sand no live this time....maybe just maybe a little cup full from my 55g when it is about to be filled....

lighting will be a nicrew 100w led with controller (for now)

Aquaclear 110 hob filter for filtration.

Hygger mini wave maker (one side)
Steady stream wave maker(opposite)

Live rock few pieces from the fuge of the 55 also a dry rock arch structure and her zoa rock....

2 clowns (Bonnie and Clyde)
Cleaner shrimp (Jacques)
Yellow watchman (Oscar)

Trochus, nassarius, mexican turbos, cerith, blue claw hermits, conch

Zoas a mix not good with names.
Few hammers for now til stable for nems

Will transfer corals slowly as biom builds

Water changes will exit from the 20g and come from the 55g.

Tempted on clearing out the canister filter and using it as a pod hotel for a future mandarin pair maybe...

Man this is gonna be a good one. Excited for her and gonna be fun helping her get it going.

Well all painted and drying over night....final scrub in the morning...scraped and cleaned all residue from over spray(hardly any) also was able to get the inside scraped and cleaned....just a quick rinse tomorrow and it will be ready to go on the stand....will try and mount light tomorrow with the wifeys help (still cant hold a drill). Then game plan for transfer and what not this upcoming weekend....will build her a scape out in the next few days gluing rubble pieces and a few odds and ends. Then on egg crate in tank it will go awaiting sand and final rock pieces....have some ideas but we will see how it goes....

Hahaha @907_Reefer maybe lol but here is an update everyone tank is in place went with oceans direct sand 20lbs be here on friday....rock ready to scape out and get glued up maybe today....filter on the way and canister will be cleaned out and transferred when fish and shrimp go in saturday.....few shots of the upgrade so far.....

Lots of people get the Kasa Surge Protector (or something like them) with controllable outlets, but I wanted a more space saving device.

So the boys have dubbed this the blue room....haha it fits the name now thats for sure. Now that rooms 1 of 2 are almost done then it will be hurry and get 2 of 2 done....

Tryin to get a floating cliff hang to create levels for things in the tank

Update going to be a busy morning....grab live rock this am from a 15yr old tank with plenty of biome....fill today transfer two clowns and shrimp....go grab the yellow watchman and pistol shrimp this afternoon evening....get the scape done and into the tank....still have some arms that need to go on and reinforcement but getting there was up til 130am but we got this....oh and i think the new med regiment broke down my immune system enough to get sick smh.....no time to sit and relax time to get busy....

Scape finished and ready to go.....just had a fiew pieces I had to get on and reinforcement work to do still have live rock coming and a few pieces I am keeping from the 15g tank.....here are some shots

@F i s h y thank you for all the tips on scape and process....I could probably stand on this thing without it breaking....which is saying a lot.....

Hahaha going to get the LR really fast and then it will be sand and fill....let it run and clear up then in go the fish and shrimp....running the tank through the weekend before throwing zoas in....and continue to watch for the next couple weeks if not months for some other corals
