Night time nutrition food choices

Can I please get some suggestions as to how to night time feed? Do I broadcast feed or spot feed? I’d like to keep the nitrates down. I finally got them below 10 on a 1 yr old tank. I feed frozen 2x a day and reef roads once a week.

If you want your nitrates to stay low then target feed. Give lps mysis or reef frenzy chunks when their sweepers are extended. I use long tongs or a turkey baster for this. Sps&zoas gets reef roids target fed with a turkey baster.
