Hello i need suggestions, are these right level of Nitrate and phosphate for lps dominant tank? what could be a good ratio between them? Im currently using gac and gfo.

phosphate could be higher. ideally 0.03-0.10 are acceptable ranges (if nitrate is roughly 3-20ppm). each tank is different and you may find some corals prefer "cleaner/dirtier" water.

Im planning on adding more sps and maybe some acro, for a mixed reef that ranges will be right too? im worried about flow, how to make everyone happy with it, i got mostly hammers that look like don’t tolerate much of it.

yes. there are thriving tanks that have no3 over 20, and po4 at around 0.10(or even higher). its just a matter of whether or not your tank is adapted to that environment.
