Nitrate low PO4 good. How do I raise nitrate ?

I keep my alk at about 8-9. Your alk is in a good spot in my opinion.

I have 6 corals in tank. All are having what looks like bleaching issues except goiniapora. Went to LFS and he said that having 0 nitrate reading is no good and that is root of problem. Does that sound right?

yes, this sounds correct. I also had bleaching and low nutrients. When I removed the chaeto from my fuge, the nitrates started increasing (5ppm) and now my corals are bouncing back. Turned out i was starving the coral.
