So I have a 105g (& 40g sump) mostly SPS tank. Most of my corals are doing ok, slow growing. My Alk is pretty stable around 8 (Hanna), Cal 428 (Hanna), Nitrate 0 (Salifert) & Phosphate .25ppm (Salifert).

Is .25 ppm phosphate too high? I recently added 5 fish (I now have 12 in my tank) to try to raise my nutrients. I'd like to raise my nutrients naturally but not sure how to raise nitrate & not raise or lower phosphate (if needed).

thx

Too high is a relative term. I wouldn't raise phosphate, and I would dose sodium (or potassium) nitrate, which may also allow phosphate to fall a bit, which may be desirable in some ways. :)
