I just set up my new 32 Biocube reef tank 4 days ago. Is it ok to set up my nitrate reactor now while it’s cycling or should I wait until the cycle is done? I had to transfer 4 small fish and several coral to the BioCube immediately because my main tank cracked and I didn’t have a spare to keep them in.

Yes, I added Microbe Lift's Special Blend to speed up the cycling process. I wasn't able to save the live rock so I had to bleach them and start over. I figured it might not hurt to start the nirtrate reactor now since it may take several weeks for the bio pellets to actually kick in and start working. I may however soak the pellets in Bio digest 24 hours prior to placing them in the reactor. I've heard of people doing that to kick start the reactor.
