new tank. Been running short time had zero on all reading every day since started used live rock and live media to start. Just add more live rock and got a change in the nitrate. Does this mean I'm ready for first fish

What do your ammonia and nitrite test at? It is possible to fully cycle and not show any nitrate but you should never see any ammonia or nitrite.

They are both zero just a bit of nitrate

Had prawn in the tank it has full decomposed

Then you are probably good to start slowly adding livestock. Just keep an eye on your numbers. The live rock probably had enough bacteria still on it to prevent any build up of ammonia.
