Nitrates and Phosphates

Is it possible for me to have over 50ppm Nitrates and only 0.03 Po4. Im using red sea testing kits. ( i know they may not be the best but its my only option where im from).

Yes. Depending on feeding regimens and animals and biofilms in your system there can be unexpected ratios. Some sponges for example sequester phosporus in hte forms of crystals and biofilms can sequester surprisingly high levels.
