For your size tank I would start with 5ml per day and each week increase by 1ml until your levels gets to where you want then start cutting down and once your tank levels stay consistent then you have your dosage.

My nitrates were at 80+,,,, swapped tanks 54 to a 92,,,
Ditched 3" crushed coral bed,,, replaced with graded pink Fiji 1"
Also larger sump,,, total of 60 gallon water change/increase during process...
Nitrates dropped to 40.
1 week ago bumped dose of nopox from 2ml per to 3ml per, down to 20+ now,,,,

Just read this and bumped doser up to 4ml per....

Will update

How did you wean your tank off nopox for the switch to vinegar?

No need to wean. Since NOPOX has a lot of acetic acid/ vinegar in it, the bacteria are already in place.

My 33gal tank does. It have a sump. I have a protein skimmer rated for 75gal. My bio load is not high but I feed a lot because I want my fish to be fat and happy. I keep my p04 in check with gfo in a small reactor. The Bain of my existence is nitrates at 50. I tried Vodka at a very slow dose and increased per Melevs reef chart. I saw some white slime after about 6weeks and got worried. I added a Santa Monica algae scrubber which took about 6 week to kick in. The power brick died and Bryan sent me a new brick. It has started making lots of algae but the nitrates are still 50. I vacuum the sand during most water changes so I hope they will start decreasing soon. I did. It feed yesterday and plan to only feed every other day. Wish me luck
