Could use a hand everything in tank seems happy minus corals
Nitrates are at a 2 roughly
Alkalinity Is a 10.5 (sheesh)
Po4 was at a 0, .03 now I think
Calcium is high 500
Mag I'd 1425
Ph was low but it's stable now

Technically with low nitrates high alkalinity I should turn down my lights so I don't burn them correct ?
Zoas are stretching and not opening
Kenya isint stretching
And some look like their almost deteriorating

I just added green chromis to raise nitrates i just want my corals to be happy

My nitrates are at 2. I can't have happy acro at a high alkalinity. So I have to keep mine at 7 to 7.5

I see no problem unless you simply prefer lower alk. Nothing wrong with 10.5 dKH as long as you have adequate N and P for SPS corals (if you have any), and you do. Feed mor eif you want N and P higher. Doesn't matter if it is eaten right away.

Alk can be lowered in several ways, but easiest is regular water changes with a lower alk mix.

Appreciate ya Doc! I do like a lower alkalinity my tank is happy around 9.9 and a 15 to 20 nitrate range

This all happened out of nowhere everything was happy I dosed mi ro bacter 7 1 time and idk why but things didn't react happy

This is 3 days the difference where my tank is happy (left) vs not (right) am I missing something ?
Right after I dosed micro bacter 7

Had the same issue. MB7 caused a bacterial bloom, tank got cloudy and corals got angry. GSP was closed for a week. It will settle out. Best guess, bacteria ate all the nitrates and phosphates, causing a sudden change combined with no n03/phos in the water column for them to eat. Corals don’t like change
