Nitrates phosphates

hey, had to fallow my tank for 80 days due to a velvet outbreak but not my nitrates and phosphates bottomed out I feed reef roids almost everyday and redsea energy plus everyday but still not much of a change I have a refugium and an big skimmer, should I dose neonitro and neophos, or just continue with reef roids and an energy every day ?

May be absorbing it

Fuge May be consuming no3 and po4. Decrease water changes, increase feedings and assure you’re not getting false readings
Roids should be raising the nitrate
