Ideal nitrate levels are anything below 20ppm but not 0. You want to try and keep your phosphate between 0.03-0.05. How old is your tank?

I've never had an issue with corals till I'm over 30ppm.

It’s 3 months old mate was 10 last week but it seems to be 25 now it might just be my eyes. Tanks 3 months old

Ok so still a new tank just let it do it’s thing naturally. Have you tested your phosphate?
