In general, soft corals and LPS like dirtier water than SPS. That being said, as was already mentioned, if the Red Sea test only goes to 50, you don't really know how high your nitrates are. I have seen tanks run successfully with nitrates much higher than 50, but they are usually older (more established) and a lot larger than yours.
FWIW, I don't think the 3 small fish and 3 shrimp are too much, but I would not try to add anything else for a while (if at all... the clowns will get bigger, lol).
I don't recall if you mentioned your mechanical filtration, but if you haven't rinsed it out/replaced it recently, I'd do so. Trapped food, etc can be a nitrate factory.
Adding the pods is a great idea; if you can, try to feed them phytoplankton for a while to help them get established. I strongly recommend tisbe pods over the other varieties; I've had great luck with them reproducing while other types don't (some, like Tigger pods, are cold water specie and really don't thrive in tropical temps)
Good luck, and keep posting updates. Pics are great too
