Tested both on high and low end and still can't match any color on the nitrate wheel. Here is a picture of what I got on the low end.

Also using reef safe meds to treat ich so idk if it has to do anything with messed up testing
 
With Red Sea the trick is to have the light shining down into both vials when you read the results. Don't put your head over the center one and block the light. You want to also get the same amount of light shining into both vials. This helps with the reading. Your photo looks like the camera is blocking the light to your test vial, while the water vial is getting lots of light.

Hard to tell where you are at with this pic, but you may be over the 4 ppm limit for this test.

Thank you for the advice. It's just hard because when I do the high test I barely get a color.
