Nitrates!!!!!

Mine is an all in one set up
I believe there's a skimmer made for your set up. IMO, I think regular water changes are your best bet at exporting nutrients. Bacteria added won't hurt, plus some quality kits to get more accurate numbers. Salifert is a good and affordable kit. Takes time but be consistent with your routine and feedings.

Having same issue - I had a 60 min call with Mark Callahan - MrSaltwatertank.com I bought my 200 gallon tank with 150lb of rock. My nitrate was 100. Verified by Triton Test - he said the rock that came with the tank needs to go. Said it was like a sponge and over 14 years (that's how long previous owner said he had the rock in various tanks) it absorbed so much that it is probably oozing Nitrates. I don't know if this is your situation or not but you might want to try removing your rock temporarily and do a water change then check it out. - hope this helped
