My nitrates seem to want to stay at 10ppm. Is that a good level. I have a waterbox cube 20 and i used half of the middle chamber as a refugium and my chaeto grows like crazy but evn with minimal feeding and my regular weekly %20 water change my nitrate doesn’t want to go lower.

Between 5 and 10% nitrates works fine for most things: fish, inverts, soft corals and LPS corals. If you want to get into SPS corals and acropora, you will probably want the nitrates between about 1 and 2 %.
