Nitrite and nitrate

yes am really taking into consideration taking the eel to my lfs I know the tank is to small and she's just there not moving and hardly eating this is like giving away your dog but I think its affecting the cycle even though its all dead rock no sand

Do you have a way to post an ammonia reading picture so we can see the level

Just ammonia

Well that’s an amazing animal you sustained for sure, I hadn’t seen one that old in someone’s tank before yours

I saw a little drop on the nitrates today but it's still purple

what do you think of prime for thr high nitrites

I expect it is useless. Nitrite is not toxic in marine systems unless you are talking about hundreds of ppm.

fellow reefers just getting back to you thank you for answering my questions just to let you know tank is cycled nitrites at 0 ammo at 0 phos 0.25 nitrates .5 cal 450 mag 1340 salt 1.025 ph 8.0

one of the highest bioload per gallon setups I recall seeing it's nice to see how cycling worked on it.
