Nitrite

hi...wondering how much nitrite is safe in a seahorse tank...always under the impression that salt neutralizes nitrite...so a small amount is not dangerous...thanks...Ken

I've not seen data for sea horses in particular, but the chloride in seawater generally protects marine fish from even many ppm of nitrite.
