Nitrites cycle

Day 14 of cycle and my nitrites are stll around 2-3 Can I start adding fish? My tank went from 2 ppm ammonia to 0 in under 11 hours

Yes, if you have nitrate you can add fish.

Start adding, but do it slowly to allow the bacteria to stabilize for the growing bioload (or add an additive i.e. MicroBac etc)

Should be fine add a few fish. Wait a few weeks before adding more. Start using Microbactor7

I agree that if ammonia properly declined, you are good to go.

Thanks, and as long as my nitrites arent crazy high im good? And should I do a water change? I think im gonna go out and get fish now

Day 12 of cycle, last night i tested my tanks ability to drop 2 ammonia, i dosed up to 2ppm and woke up to 0. My nitrites are around 5 and nitrates seem really low 0-5 range im not sure. Whats next?

I entirely ignore nitrite in that determination.
