What are some causes for my calcium levels to stay at a static level? I sps and lps spread in the system. Sps show zero signs of growth for quite some time.

Daily alk is 40ml, while calcium dos has been off for 10 weeks. It literally never moves from 480 range. What would cause calcium to not fall?

I do 10% wc weekly. Spread out over 7 days using dos. Also my mag never seems to move either.

Current:
Alk 8.6
Cal 480
N 3.8
P .03
M 1350

If the SPS are not growing then the alk is being used by LPS I guess. 10%/week water change may be enough to keep the Ca level where it is at. And 40ml of Alk dosing doesn't mean much if you don't specify with what and how concentrated and as Randy indicates tank volume.

Your nutrients seem low which could explain the lack of growth in the corals.

40 mL of what? To what size tank?

Do you do water changes?
40ml of esv alk dosed daily. 220g Display.

I have a dos set for 10% water change weekly. I had stopped it for awhile to let nutrients rise. When I did Calcium stayed the same basically

At that alk dose, without calcium, the expected decline in calcium is only 3 ppm per day (or less). It would take a week to see that drop readily with a kit, and it may just get lost in the water changes.
