If you mean the anemone looking creature, it's Aiptasia. Bad. I would take the whole rock out and bleach it, dry it completely, and then return it to the tank. It spreads like wildfire and stings everything in its path.

That looks like a worm tube that has been broken open, I have a lot of those in my tank. Completely harmless! There is no worm inside though.

Vermited Snail (bad) These snails plant themselves to a rock and build a calcified tube where it spends the rest of its time. Superglue gel over the hole should put an end to them.
