Not sure if this is the right place to post this. But here goes. I orderderd 8 double T5 end caps from this company called FUTUREGARDEN.com. It has been three days and can't get ahold of anyone to see if my order has been shipped. They charged my paypal right away when I placed the order, which I thought was a little out of the ordirnary . I always thought they charge you when the order is shipped. But anyway. I did get ahold of someone yesterday and he said he would have to call me back. No call back yet. I've been calling their 888 number about every hour all day to day and leaving messages to call me, still nothing. Do you think I should get Paypal involved?

There has to be a set number of days that has passed.
I am a business owner and what I can tell you is PPal does not care if there is no communication what they do care about is that you received what you ordered undamaged.
You can start a claim against the seller to force communication but a seller is not bound to a set number of days to ship unless specified in the order process.
If not received within 30 days then a valid claim can be processed

30 Days! I just think this is no way to do business. I'm only asking for info on my order.

Do yourself a favor and open a dispute with paypal. As Twilliard says, you may have to wait "x" amount of days. I can't recall since I have not used this option in a long time.

To sum it up, I purchased some custom car parts form a guy on another forum. He was making me a nice front mount intercooler kit. Well, he dooped everyone to send the money as a "gift" to get around PayPals 3% fee. Nah, with a $1250 dollar investment - I will send it as services and eat the 3%. Long story short, he tricked everybody, purchased a brand new BMW 1000RR and rode off into the sunset.

However, I opened a dispute against him since I paid the 3%. He called me up nearly crying about his bank accounts being frozen. Nope, I stayed firm with my decision. The next day he refunded me my money. I was probably the only one who got my money back.

Moral to the story, protect yourself ALWAYS.

It was a regular Paypal transaction. So im protected.

Yes you are protected. But against fraudulent transactions.
You still have to wait it out

You can always call the card company or the bank of the issued card and reverse the charges. again like @twilliard said you a curtain amount of day you might have to wait. contacting your card issuer will speed up the process. I avoid paypal like a bad case of ick ;)

I used paypal credit. Sounds like i'm going to have to wait the 30 days.

Give it time :-)
Most of my electronic rebuilds can take up to two months. As long as it is stated to the customer I protect myself.
Its been 3 days. Give it time
