In my jbj 45 tank (which has been up and running for about 5 months now) none of my corals are growing let alone fully opening. I haven't had any fish in the tank for the past 2.5 months as I had an ich outbreak and wanted to starve the bacteria. While my corals don't seem to be dying as they are still brightly colored (not browning or anything), they barely open their polyps/extend and none of them have grown at all for the past 3+ months, not even my GSP. Here are my parameters:
Ammonia: 0ppm
Phosphate: 0.01ppm
Nitrite: 0ppm
Nitrate: 2ppm
pH: 8.0
kH/dkH: 10
Calcium: 370

What I'm dosing:
Two Little Fishes - C Balance
SeaChem AquaVitro Fuel
ULNS Reef - NeoPhos

I believe that I am running too low nutrients and also had my light programmed too long. Thoughts?

Your calcium seems low to me. I think it should be closer to 480. Thatll help with growth. None of the coals can grow without calcium. Even softies! They have calcium carbonate integrated with their proteins. Some people reccomend running higher nutrients, but according to a BRS video I just watched they recommended that new tanks should strive for lower nutrients to start. So personally I dont see an issue with your phosphate and nitrate levels. It could be that they dont like the amount of light. Either too much or too little. Or flow.

Got a full tank shot?

Probably low nutrients to blame imo. Alk is high but that spurs growth.
