NO CORALLINE ALGAE

I didn't add anything specifically for coralline. I dose kalk, run led and t5. alk is kept at 9, calc 450, ph 8.1-3. Coralline first came on frag plugs, and every rock is covered and coated 8 months in. I added new reef saver rock a couple of months ago and it too is covered. Not a speck of white anywhere.

Hard to say what causes it to grow so fast, but the consensus is usually kalk, or high and stable alk.

I just cleaned the bottom 7 inches of my front viewing pane from coralline using a hotel key card.....took about 1.5 hours......then I only have both sides left....;Blackeye
I love the looks on the rock, but you need to stay up on it on the glass/acrylic.

Ive already planned to clean it before it gets bad every week or something

Isnt that just like calcium? How much is it?

i was wrong.. i use purple tech by kent marine. it has calcium, magnesium, strontium, trace minerals, and carbonates. i believe i paid no more than $10 for a big bottle.
