I am doing a 20% water change every two weeks and dosing using GHL doser .. mag is around 1300. My alk is consistently 8.6,Cal is 430 or so .Not a heavy fish load in tank .1 snowflake clown , 1 firefish, 1 melanurus wrasse. 7 or 8 hermits , 1 emerald, and some astrea snails .
I am running my blues at 100% and whites are at less than 20% on hydra 26s.
I’m baffled . I had viperspectra s on my 90 and coralline grew like crazy..
I have the two hydra 26hd on my tank. Growing coralline algae just fine . It’s not the lights . It just needs to settle . I keep my alk on check. The most important parameter. I run 35% on blues, violets UV . Whites on 10% reds on 10% green on 10% . Calcium is on the high side . 520 . Mag is on 1500

Looks like nutrients are being scavenged quite efficiently with P04 testing at or near '0' (coraline does best with a bit higher nutrient load). You could try slowly raising PO4 to around 0.02/0.03 ppm and see if you notice increased coraline growth.
I was thinking that might be the case but as I grow older i try not to assume. Assuming got me in trouble a few times but since I you mentioned it I might increase some.
Thanks!

Algae Barn has a couple of really good products , Purple Helix - Pink Fusion . Worked really good.

You could try seeding your tank with ARC Coralline and dose Strontium. Coralline loves Strontium. I have been dosing Strontium every 3 days for 2 months and my tank is turning purple!

X2! I dose BRS 2 part and once I started dosing strontium as well, my coralline growth increased

Never dosed strontium myself (thinking I should try). I also have never had luck growing coraline. My tank is 6 years old and grows sps just fine. Just not coraline. Green algae always takes the space up quicker than anything. I have green rocks not purple. At one point my nutrients were so low my corals were pale with little growth. I’ve since raised my nutrients and have excellent color and growth. My point to all of this... coraline just doesn’t like some tanks. I do have some just sporadic.
