myGHL is displaying temperature and pH data from my Profilux 4 however, no data has been graphed since 3/12/18. I've had this set up for about 10 days. Have I done something wrong? Is there an internal memory which has filled up? The graph stretched one data point for several hours during the daylight savings time change.

I’m at work, but on the Profilux display this AM, the “myGHL” dot was an empty circle.

The only change I was made was correcting the time on the 11th.

Here’s some current screen shots. Recording data stopped on the 12th:

Still not recording. Hmm. When I select day, nothing is graphed. Any ideas? Everyone else having data graphed?

+1, but to be honest with the random update pattern, I’ve given up on myghl charts...no use having a day old data graphed even when it’s working...

+1 Mine seemed to have stopped at the time change the other day. I also have been having issues displaying the correct time when configured for NTP. I had to disable that and set the time using the PC time.

Is this still going on, or resolved now?
I reached out to our cloud team to have a look and they suggested if it’s still an issue, please restart the device and see if it resumes transmitting sensor data.

NTP is the best option, however you have to set the GMT offset correctly. For Eastern Timezone it’s -5

In theory sure, I deal with servers all day long and understand how that works. I had it set correctly just before the time change, and it didn't change as expected.

How did it change?
I wonder if the change over didn't happen. While the US switched dates the switchover is carried out on, the rest of the world remained stationary. And to make matters even better, now florida is contemplating joining AZ by committing the change all together. I for one hope that FL drops the time change and remains in one time year around.
