No Freaking Idea What These Are!!!

Please help!!!

My boyfriend and I have just spotted these tiny tiny white spots in our tank! They kinda look like worms?
THEY. ARE. EVERYWHERE.
Can anybody try and identify these things??

Also, excuse the algae! *any tips on controlling that, would help too!*

That's what I thought at first
But but havent put any pods in there & recently did a water change, so we don't think it could be them

Are they flat, likely flatworms if they are.

They can multiply from the smallest thing. I you transferred in a coral or live rock then thanks where they came frim

Hard to tell but most likely copapods. Do they scurry around like little bugs?

They're moving around, and they are kinda “fat” lol

Isopods/copepods good start of microfauna. Those are good guys no worries!!

Hard to tell... planaria flatworms would be my guess

It might help to scoop some of these creatures out of the tank and put them in a shallow dish for a better phone photo? Also might help with contrast to use different color backgrounds (blue, white or?) whatever shows up the best.

You can see antenna in this pics. Some type of pod. Hard to tell but it looks like a harmless isopod.
