No idea what this is

Hi all. Found this thing moving on my glass, sort of like a caterpillars movement. Transparent, but with a blob of what I guess to be organs in the middle. Almost looks like a murmaods purse in a way? My camera wouldn't focus on it so the pictures are horribly blurry but I hope someone can tell me what it is?

sounds like a white flatworm; You can siphon it out if you can but they drop off after a tank matures. Supposedly they're not a nuisance like red planaria flatworms.

Flatworm. Wouldn't worry about it unless it's huge or there are a bunch. If you can remove it, I would.

Theyre harmless
As your tank matures the population will recede back.
I have a few in my baby nem tank and then one day I only had one.
