At first, have experience with both ich and velvet, from the very beginning. Got rid of ich with hypo, then velvet wiped out whole tank in two days... Just mentioning to say i know both and this new is different.

This new thing is getting me desperate, no idea what it could be or how to treat :(. Sorry i have no pics, im down to 2 occ clowns and small yellow clown goby, and the quarantine aquarium is in bad spot for taking pictures, especially with only phone camera- and with fish who refuse to stay still :)

So what the clowns have (on yellow goby i dont see any signs whatsoever), is BIG white rice grain shaped parasites. For big, i mean about 1,5-2 millimeters or so, almost like real unboiled rice grains. One end attached to fish and rest of it just hanging loose... All around jaw, nowhere else. Not in fins, nor not on body etc (not on gills either, that big i should be able to see), not anywhere, only under mouth and on chin.

Have done few FW dips, only things i was able to detect were transparent and kind of shrimp looking things about the same size.
Fish have been in QT and hyposalinity (1,009, using refractometer) for about 2 months, for awhile seemed to help, by now is worse than ever.
Tried prazipro- is in tank now, did second dose in 3 days and double at that, first dose had no effect that i can see.
Used oodinex at some point, no help with that either.

Thinking to try copper next (have to order from States i guess, i live in remote corner in Europe when nothing is readily available for marine tanks).

But just dont know anymore :/ no idea what im supposed to treat for, was sure at first it was flukes, but if hypo and prazy dont work... And its its not velvet nor ich either :/

Sorry for the long description, just trying to give as much information as possible, english is not my native language.
Would be grateful for any suggestions about which parasites those might be and to which treatment to look next for.

For now all 3 i have left are eating well and seem not troubled too much, considering with both the parasites and meds.

Do they look anything like these? If not it could also possibly be a parasitic isopod.

Dactylogyrus trematodes

These are a type of fluke or flatworm, but not one that we encounter every day. The usual treatments for flukes like Prazipro, General Cure, Freshwater dips and Formalin will all work for this.

No, those on pics look somewhat transparent, what mine have are pure white, not transparent on fish at all, also dont appear anywhere else, only under lower lip/on chin. Exactly like white rice grains, glued to the fish by one end, rest hanging loose.

Worried also that since i dont know what it is, no idea if having DT fallow for months will eradicate those or no.
