Saw this in the tank slowly moving from place to place no idea what it is. Is it good or bad?

Hard to tell from the picture, I would catch it and put it in a small glass or something just to be safe. Post a picture of it once you catch it.

Hard to say, astrea usually have 5 legs

this definitely confirms that it is a astera star, I have the white one and they are not a problem and eat the algae, but the gray one are not good to have.
